JEJU Buckwheat Noodles
Jeju Dam:da Buckwheat Noodles are healthy noodles that have included the specialty product, buckwheat,of Jeju. This product uses only healthy ingredients for the most natural and delicious flavor of Jeju's buckwheat. This recipe is for one person. It is super easy to make! Cook the noodles for 7~8 minutes in boiling water. Take cooked noodles out of boiling water and immediately wash in running cold water. Drain noodles of water as much as possible. (When cooking noodles, use medium heat to avoid water spilling over.) Using a 4:1 ratio (4 for water, 1 for the soy sauce packet), mix in the soy sauce packet with cold water. (One packet is equal to 40g (40ml), so 160g (160ml) of water should suffice.) This is the broth for your noodles. 4-1 TIP. Keep the broth in the fridge before serving to eat cold. 4-2Add the included radish block into the soy sauce broth and stir to loosen up. 4-3Dip the cooked and cooled noodles into the soy sauce broth and enjoy!
