We are ACRO Biomedical from Taiwan, we develop and produce biomaterial medical devices for human tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. We use our proprietary supercritical CO₂ extraction technology to remove cells, fat, and non-collagenous proteins from animal tissues, while keeping the undiminished collagen scaffold as the biomaterial for high-end medical devices in the medical regenerative field of wound care, orthopedics, dentistry, ophthalmology, aesthetic microsurgery, cardiovascular and neural surgery, etc. Products used in the dental field include Bone Graft, Collagen Membrane, and Collagen Matrix. Bone Graft and Collagen Membrane are both biomaterials used for pre-implant osseointegration. The natural non-sintered Bone Graft provides the collagen scaffold for rapid induction of osteogenesis while the Collagen Membrane acts as the barrier between soft and hard tissue. Collagen Matrix is a decellularized dermal layer, which can be used for various soft tissue reconstruction needs in dental surgery and can quickly repair missing soft tissue. All products can be absorbed by the human body without the need of secondary surgery. At present, ACRO Biomedical has obtained certification of marketing authorization for Bone Graft and Collagen Matrix in Singapore.
