Mrs Sarojini is passionate about public speaking and firmly believes in sharing with fellow parents on the topic of educating children and maintaining a happy marriage. She has conducted hundreds of talks and workshops at schools, community clubs and Voluntary Welfare Organisations in Singapore over the last 25 years, sat on several panel discussions, and spoken at national conferences and congresses. Mrs Sarojini is a public sector employee and specialises in Human Resources. She has an MBA in training and development and a diploma in family life education.
திருமதி சரோஜினி பத்மநாதன் அவர்கள் ஒரு தன்முனைப்புப் பேச்சாளர். இவர் பிள்ளை வளர்ப்புப் பற்றியும் திருமண வாழ்வு பற்றியும் மக்களிடையே எடுத்துரைப்பதில் நாட்டம் கொண்டவர். மனிதவளத் துறையில் நிபுணத்துவம் பெற்றவராகத் திகழும் திருமதி சரோஜினி அரசாங்கப் பொதுச் சேவையில் உள்ளார். திருமதி சரோஜனி அவர்கள் பயிற்சி மற்றும் மேம்பாட்டுத் துறையில் முதுகலைப்பட்டம் பெற்றவர். இவர் குடும்ப வாழ்வுத்துறை சார்ந்த பட்டயக்கல்விச் சான்றிதழையும் பெற்றுள்ளார். இவர் கடந்த இருபத்தைந்து ஆண்டுகளாக, பள்ளி, சமூக மன்றங்கள், தன்னார்வப் பொதுநல அமைப்புகள் ஆகியவற்றில் நூற்றுக்கணக்கான பகிர்வுகளையும் பயிலரங்குகளையையும் நிகழ்த்தியிருக்கிறார். மேலும், தேசிய அளவிலான கருத்தாடல் அங்கங்களிலும் பொதுக்கூடங்களிலும் கலந்துகொண்ட அனுபவம் கொண்டவர்.
This talk is aimed at equipping parents of very young children with simple and effective ways to use spoken Tamil in their daily lives. The speaker will be focusing on the need for parents to use spoken Tamil at home. She will also demonstrate how to effectively and proactively useTamil with the help of materials that can be found within the home. Parents will be given practical tips. These include activity-based learning which is essential for motivating early learners to take the initiative in using the language as they gain confidence and mastery over time. The session will enable parents to apply the tips shared and create their own resources aimed at increasing opportunities for interaction in spoken Tamil.
இப்பகிர்வரங்கின்வழியே பிள்ளைகளின் தமிழ்மொழியாற்றலை மேம்படுவதற்குப் பெற்றோர்கள் பின்பற்றவேண்டிய வழிவகைகளைப்பற்றி அறிந்துகொள்ளலாம். எளிய, அன்றாட வாழ்வோடு தொடர்புடைய உத்திமுறைகளைப் பயன்படுத்தி வீட்டுச்சூழலில் பிள்ளைகளின் மொழியாற்றலைப் பெற்றோர்கள் எவ்வாறு வளர்க்கலாம் என்பதைப்பற்றியும் பேச்சாளர் விளக்குவார். நடவடிக்கை சார்ந்த கற்றல் என்பது ஆரம்பகால மொழி கற்றலுக்கு இன்றியமையாத ஒன்றாகும். இது பிள்ளைகளுக்கு நம்பிக்கையூட்டிச் சுய கற்றலுக்குத் தேவையான அடிப்படைகளை அமைத்துக்கொள்ள வழிவகை செய்கிறது. இந்நிகழ்வின் மூலம் பெற்றோர்கள் பிள்ளைககளின் மொழியாற்றலை அதிகரிக்க வழிசெய்யும் கற்றல் வளங்களைச் சுயமாக உருவாக்கவும் அறிந்துகொள்வர். "செந்தமிழும் நாப்பழக்கம்" என்பதற்கிணங்க, அன்றாட வாழ்வில் தமிழ்மொழியினைப் பயன்படுத்துவதன்வழிப் பிள்ளைகளின் மொழியாற்றலை எவ்வகையில் மேம்படுத்தலாம் என்பன போன்ற தகவல்களும் இப்பகிர்வில் பகிர்ந்துகொள்ளப்படும்.
